3ddd demo questions answered

The official website of 3ddd. These answers cover common questions about the demo’s score, collection order and saved wallet. In particular, restoration sets a balance rather than adding coins, and reloading does not pause a round.

Twelve steps and the score

Twelve independent fair binary steps reveal three four-bit blocks. Decode each completed block as 0–15 and add 1 to obtain a, b and c, each 1–16. Calculate the least common multiples of (a,b), (b,c) and (c,a). The score is the largest of these values minus the smallest; the global minimum subtracted is 0.

Collection and event order

A manual collection click first processes all steps already due, then collects if the round is still active. Zero resolves first at the same event. Automatic collection settles at the actual multiplier on the first step reaching or exceeding the selected threshold, which can exceed that threshold. An earlier automatic settlement occurs before a later zero. At step 12, any surviving quote is collected automatically.

Integer credit and fractional carry

Settlement credits floor(stake × unrounded gross multiplier + saved fractional carry). The amount below the next whole coin is retained for later settlements. For example, a total of 19.4 credits 19 coins and retains 0.4. A zero-return round credits nothing and leaves carry unchanged: carry is below one coin and cannot refund the captured stake.

Saved balance and restoration

A balance of 1000 is created only when there is no valid saved balance. The balance, including zero, and fractional carry persist in browser localStorage. While no round is active and the balance is below 10, manual restoration sets it to exactly 1000; it does not add 1000. Restoration is not automatic and preserves carry.

Reloading an unfinished round

Reloading during an unfinished round ends it with the already deducted stake still deducted. There is no refund, payout, continuation or resume. Saved balance and carry remain. Controls reset to stake 20, linear weight and automatic collection off. This saved wallet is not a saved round or a saved set of selections.

Storage and external requests

The game stores virtual-coin balance and fractional carry in browser localStorage. The page loads Google Fonts stylesheets and font files. The published page also includes a Statinside visitor counter using account 44, which makes a tracking request. An account-free game does not establish anonymity or an absence of personal-data processing. Cookie details, server retention and wider processing are not fully established by these observations.

Frequently asked questions

Does restoration add 1000 coins?

Does reloading resume a round?

Reloading during an unfinished round ends it with the already deducted stake still deducted. There is no refund, payout, continuation or resume. Saved balance and carry remain. Controls reset to stake 20, linear weight and automatic collection off. This saved wallet is not a saved round or a saved set of selections.

Can fractional carry refund a zero round?

Settlement credits floor(stake × unrounded gross multiplier + saved fractional carry). The amount below the next whole coin is retained for later settlements. For example, a total of 19.4 credits 19 coins and retains 0.4. A zero-return round credits nothing and leaves carry unchanged: carry is below one coin and cannot refund the captured stake.
